We are seeking an energetic Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our team and promote Dropchats, an innovative app that's transforming real-time communication and social networking. Ideal candidates are passionate about new technology, enjoy engaging with diverse groups, and are excited about contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge social platform.

**Responsibilities:**

- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in high-traffic areas around USC and UCLA to raise awareness of the Dropchats app.

- Engage directly with students and the local community, highlighting the app's unique features and benefits to encourage sign-ups.

- Participate in and organize campus events, presentations, and live demos to demonstrate how Dropchats enhances social interactions.

- Collect and report feedback from users to help improve the app and address any concerns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized strategies that resonate with the campus community.

- Represent Dropchats professionally and enthusiastically during all promotional activities.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, including engagement rates and user feedback.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals.

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in technology, social media, and community building.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with reliable self-direction and initiative.

- Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings for special events.

- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
